Xander is an experienced business development professional driven by a passion to provide clients with the tools that enable them to meet their organizational goals. He embraces innovation, new technology and quickly adapts to changes in the market environment. His ability to strategically diagnose opportunities for efficiency improvements and prescribe solutions enables clients to improve EBIDTA and increase Enterprise Value.
Prior to joining The Seismic Group, he was Vice President at IBS Industrial, a provider of financial services. His experience in industrial distribution and manufacturing allowed IBS to expand their target industries. He consistently enabled clients to eliminate non-revenue generating activities, freeing up resources to focus on revenue generating functions.
Leading to his last role, he held several positions with different manufacturers and distributors in the Industrial and building products industries, where he created mutually beneficial client relationships and maintained a pattern of exceeding target growth markers.
Xander has a Bachelor of Science degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama.
